website so that’s pretty standard to be honest with you however when you look to see what the renewal prices are it’s a slightly different story so we’re looking at US dollars here a 36 month term will cost you six ninety-nine a month 24 month term 799 and if you just go through twelve month term it costs eight ninety-nine a month which is quite a significant amount of money so at renewal you would be looking to pay a substantial amount more than
you would in the first year so that’s just something to bear in mind as far as support goes I page offer quite a few different ways for customers to get in touch with them including 24 7 live chat email and phone support they also have an extensive online Help Center and a texting system and and also claimed on their website that calls to their customer support line are answered in about a minute on average they also claim that their customer
support staff receive rigorous QA training one thing to bear in mind as the I page doesn’t carry out backups of your website and this is specified in the user agreement in their terms of service so specifically they say I page does not maintain backup copies of user websites or email I page cannot guarantee that the contents of a website will never be deleted or corrupted or the backup of a website will always be available users should always
copy all content to over website to a local computer and I page strongly suggest that users make an additional copy on tape CD probably this desktop or elsewhere to ensure the availability of the files they go on to say in caps it is the users sole responsibility to make offline backup copies of the user’s website and use a content and data it’s essential that uses backup files offline even if user purchases or has products such as site backup

so it’s something to be aware of they do have a pretty high uptime not guaranteed mind you but 99.95 % up time since 2005 and traffic and bandwidth restrictions well know that there aren’t really any and as such and also a good number of technologies that are supported so I would say that on balance I page do look like a good trustworthy web hosting provider I would say be careful about their pricing very good introductory offers but it does get
quite expensive with the renewals so just bear that in mind and apart from that pretty impressed bye-bye
