going to do we’re going to go over here to appearance push the tab down here and we’re going to click add new themes WordPress has made it very very very very very easy to add new themes we can search the wide selection directly from our back in tool here we can click upload there and just choose if we want if we found a theme somewhere we want to upload it then I don’t think I have any on here but we can automatically upload it and install it
right there must be in a zip format and that’s a really easy way if you find one somewhere browsing on the internet and want to download it that way and also you can i like to browse this a lot browse the featured and the newest to see kind of what people are looking at what kind of most popular right now to kind of filter through and see what some of the coolest themes are so check out this one this one’s pretty cool you just hit preview and
there’s a preview of the theme that looks pretty cool see what else we got here this is pretty cool-looking let’s hit preview mystique so I mean you can just play around back here and say oh that’s pretty cool and you may want to stall it with you maybe hit preview and decide that you don’t want to install it you know just browse around and when you find one you like I’ll see what this one looked like yeah it’s pretty clean you just hit install
that will pop you up to make sure you’re sure install now successfully installed now this is what our site looks like now if we want to preview how our site will look we can do that and it’s going to let us preview what the site would look like or we can just go ahead and activate it right there and this is new theme activated and that’s all we have to do and it’s really there’s a ton of themes back there now if you refresh our site there’s our
new look and that’s how easy it was don’t forget to once you activate it if there’s op special options for the themes like there are here they’ll appear right here below on the appearance tab so we can click the options for that theme and see there’s different schemes you can change the background color page colors move the sidebars around different things like that different themes may have their own options that may not they don’t always just
