How to silently lose your domains with NameCheap.com …

Keep an eye on tntcode.com in the video…
What is happening is that you add domains to cart and NameCheap silently drops them without any error or warning.

Details: I have around 200 domain names, many with NameCheap.com , weeks ago I got a note from another service, telling me that a domain name is not responding to ping ( URL10.COM ) , I checked and the domain was redirected to another location, then looking at nameservers and whois info I seen that it is pending delete, I was sure I renewed this domain a few weeks before, but there it was, waiting to be deleted, I contacted namecheap and they said there is nothing they can do, I just didn't renew the domain name.

The domain was not showing in the namecheap list anymore, I was expecting to see it with a "pending delete" state, but it was fully missing/hidden.

They recommended that I go to NameJet and try to backorder it (my own domain). So they passed my domain to namejet backorder service.

Days later my domain URL10.COM was for sale (around $2700.00).

So today I decided to make this video, showing you how domain names silently disappear from your cart when you think you are renewing them but are not.

BTW the domain being dropped silently from the chart is the one with most traffic.
