Setting up a self-hosted WordPress account might seem hard to do, but when you sign up for Bluehost, they make it really easy with a one click install. I show you how to do that in the video.

Why would you want to use WordPress? Well if you want to start a blog, WordPress is the best platform out there. When you self-host it, as opposed to getting a free blog like at WordPress.com, you control everything. It's yours. You can do whatever you want to it. When you have a free blog, if you violate the terms of service, they could remove your blog instantly.

If you are just starting out and don't know much about blogging, go with a free blogging account. However, if you're more serious and want to do it long term, then go with a self-hosted WordPress blog on Bluehost.
