How to create Wix affiliate advertising? Your website created on Wix could be also a place to serve people with some products which they could buy or some services which they could book, and since we have taken you through the journey of knowing how to add the booking page, it is important to know how to create your affiliate advertising (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sf4gn8aozbs&t=40s).
In order to create your affiliate advertising or marketing on Wix website, you will first consider where you are going to place it; in our case we have chosen to give it a place when the visitor clicks on the shop button, just beside the shop of the website.
The first step is adding the button on which the visitor will click to get to the affiliate shop and the products that are displayed there. The affiliate shop or advertising could happen from any affiliate that you have. To setup an affiliate shop, you will need to create a new page and in the page management, you will give it the name that you want; in our case it was “affiliate shop”. Dragging the small button to the right side in the page management will make this new page that you have created part of another one; we have done it under the main page which is “shop” from where both “our shop” and “affiliate shop” are found.
The second step is creating the button in the shop page which is supposed to be like the one you have already created for the shop of the website – you will need to follow just the same steps (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7ZYZuIJuXg&t=1s). Before moving forward with adding the link to the page and directing the visitors to it, it is first important to make sure that what you have done is all working correctly.
Now you should create a button that will link to an affiliate item in Amazon (or the affiliate you have added). You will add the button and customize it according to your needs and what you are actually doing (which in this case would be to name this button as a ‘buy now’ for example). Now you will need to go to the affiliate shop or website in order to choose the product or item that you want to sell and copy the link to your website’s button to direct visitors directly to it. The link that you will need to copy should be generated in order to have the name of your website, so when people buy it you get the affiliate program. Doing this link on the button is done when you click on the button and choose to add a link from the settings.
After adding the link from the affiliate shop, it is now the time to add the picture, which you could also copy and paste its link from the affiliate shop. You will click add, come down to ‘more’ and select the ‘HTML frame’ on which when you click, you will find the ‘HTML link’ where you could paste the link of the picture that could directly take you to the affiliate shop. On the Amazon site (of the affiliate website), you will click on ‘build link’ where you could copy the link of whatever you please, it could be the image only, the image and the text, text only, etc. and in our case we are going to choose the image only. Copy the link and go back to your website then paste it in the HTML frame.
The final step is writing down the name of the product and then editing the whole thing to match the theme of the website as a whole. It is always important to try what you are doing on the website along the way to make sure that everything is actually working in the needed way.

hi everyone I am Philip from profile tree and welcome to another video tutorial on weeks so in the last video I showed you how to create an online shop for your website where you could sell your items or your products anything related to your website and this is how our shop looks so when you click on shop in the horizontal menu this will pop up and you have to click on the picture and it will display our shop with our items you can add items
you can remove items change your price everything but if you remember in the last video I told you that we were going to eat this page this primary page for a another thing and it was the affiliate shop where you can add your affiliate marketing items from any affiliate program that you are using so in this video I will be using the Amazon affiliate and I’ll be showing you how to set up and Amazon affiliate shop and the first thing you have to do
is create the new page page management we will call it affiliate shop and we will add it as a secondary page from our main page simply by dragging it to the right side as you can see we have the main page in shop and we will rename this page to rename our shop so we now have our shop and affiliate job as secondary page pages from the main shop and now we will want to create a button just like this one but for the affiliate shop so once now I’m
just hiding the page from the menu so now we want to create a button just like this but for the affiliate shop so when people visit our shop instead of clicking on this button to visit our shop they will click on the other button to visit the affiliate shop all you have to do is do the same process as in the last video and with a different image once your button is all set up you will want to add a link to that affiliate if you leave the page so
you simply add the link to the page and you try it you test it to see if it’s working so if we click on the button to link to an empty page which is the affiliate page so now we will have to add items to that page so the first thing we will do is add a button that will link to your affiliate item in Amazon so simply click on add and add button so we’ll choose this button right here which is our personalized but now we will write in the text by
now so that people know when they click in this button they will buy the item so now we will add a link when we click on the button you simply go to your Amazon Associates and you search for an item that you want to sell for example this nail polish right here we will generate the link which is a personalized link with our name on it so when people buy it we get the affiliate program and you base it on the button links so now we will want to add
an image to our product and we will link that image directly from the Amazon site so I’ll just click on add come down here to more and select HTML iframe because we will use the HTML link from that image and we will paste it here so right now you will go back to the Amazon site and click build link and here you will have the option to choose image only or text only or takes an image and the option that you select will be the one that will be this
plane on your website so if you choose text only only the text will appear the HTML iframe but right now we are going to use only the image for our iframe so you copy this link and you will go back to your website and place it in HTML frame so right now the frame as the image directly from the Amazon website once you have finished customizing your product we can see how it looks in a real website so when people come to my website and they click
on shop they will be directed to the page of our shop and Amazon shop if they press Amazon shop these item will show up with the name and image and when they click buy now they will be redirected to our Amazon item we’re taken by this item through your affiliate marketing program and as you can see it has your name on the link so it is a fully customized link to your own affiliate marketing program so right now your website page looks quite empty
it only has one item so what you want to do is repeat the same process but with another different affiliate marketing item once you have all your items set up this is how your page will look and you can preview it and you can see that you have the names and the images and the Buy Now button that will redirect to the link so this is it for this video I hope everyone enjoyed it thank you for watching and I’ll see you on the next one thank you
