for me it's a lot of fun and interesting people and I guess here's like a sad admission it's like this is a place that I can talk Babylon 5 trivia and not feel like an outsider it's about building your expertise and bringing that to the company and learning from it so someone who's sort of but open to learning at the same time as being incredibly passionate about your special skill set I think the best thing is that a thought is the job be prepared to be creative and enter into a fun challenging workplace and but everyone here is good people autonomy to to get the challenge accomplished they give me the responsibility but it's up to me in order to to get it done the best way that's what I can and using resources that I'm giving you to accomplish the job so I mean it's a its autonomy its freedom it's cool people with ping-pong snacks the snack bar coffee bar is really cool it's all that people who are really passionate about how technology can transform lives the way technology can make people's lives easier enable them to pursue their dreams in able them to do the things they want to do so that passion is incredibly important you've got to be prepared to be a team player and and be a part of this organism that is DreamHost it's like a family let's say that's probably the best part about working here if you value science if you value growth and if you value great customer service which is what we're really all about pretty much ideas come from any part of the company it can be you know from your newest TS or – you know people have been here for over ten years and so the dialog you can have with the rest of the company is open and appreciated the core of the company serving the customers and it's that everything that we do supports that and that everyone that you're working with really cares about that and also that everyone likes to have fun while they're doing it sometimes it's simple things and sometimes I get to fulfill my other kind of passion which is teaching because I have the patience to really walk someone through something and if they've requested a callback and they need help with a certain feature I get to walk them through that good fit for the company would be someone that would be really passionate and not just about that their job or what their title is but also about just themselves in life and he could fit in really well here if they just had some kind of passion but the whole environment here is one of doing fun things creative things in a way that provides great value to people it's just a great place for the small-timer and guys that are even bigger than they have to host web sites and do things on the web that they wouldn't be able to do I loved having to get my hands dirty and be able to find the problem and you know get a resolution out of it so that's the satisfaction I get most of us are probably friends outside of the traditional work environment but we do a lot of drinking a lot of respect everyone has for each other is just so awesome it's just like the best place I've ever worked I'm still kind of surprised by by how perfect it seems and I've been here for for a little while now and it still seems too good to be true you you .
