Bluehost vs iPage Comparison (2022) – Here’s the Winner! Transcript. Hello everyone Carson here and in today’s video, I am going to be comparing Bluehost and I page in 2022 and telling you which hosting company is better for you. Now before we do get into this video, if you do want to check out more of my content, you can leave a like, subscribe and hit that notification bell because I’m posting every single day and you don’t want to miss out.

Now I will leave a link with more details and where you can receive special discounts in the description below. So you can check that out as well. And now let’s get into the comparison. Now. Bluehost is one of the most popular website hosting platforms on the market. And in addition, they are actually officially recommended by wordpress.org. They were launched in 1996, making them one of the oldest website hosting companies out there, and they are very well known for their cheap, inexpensive and high quality hosting options.

Now iPage was launched in 1998. And even though it is a smaller website hosting company, it does currently serve over a million different websites from two data centers located inside the US I page is very well known for its cheap services and cheap hosting options as well. So the question really becomes a competition between Bluehost and I page to determine which one is better overall. So let’s go ahead and get into the pros and cons of each and the comparisons between them.

Now the first thing I want to compare and bring your attention to is the speed and loading time. Because Bluehost roughly and I tested this takes around 680 milliseconds to load, whereas I page takes around 2600 milliseconds, or more than three to four times as slow as Bluehost. So that being an incredible difference right there, you can already begin to see which hosting provider is gonna win this comparison, because when a website host has a 2.6 second load time, usually that’s an indication that the website host is not very good, and you will be better off going with another one. Whereas around 680 milliseconds is an average loading time for a website. That is what you would expect when you purchase a website hosting plan.

So for speed and latency Bluehost is definitely going to be the winner on this one. Now looking at the differences in ease of use between Bluehost and I host Bluehost does offer a custom cPanel interface for their customers. So you can manage all of your websites with ease. Now they both come with one click WordPress installs, but I paid does actually come with a drag and drop builder in all of their hosting plans, which is a benefit.

That is however, where the benefits in when it comes to ease of use. Because unlike Bluehost, which does offer cPanel access I page only comes with their own custom version of cPanel which they refer to as V deck. Now the problem being is that if you are at all familiar with website building, you are going to be familiar with cPanel. And the switch to V deck can be quite a learning curve. This also happens in reverses if you ever want to switch the platform but you’re already familiar with V Deck, there are not going to be any other hosting providers, which actually allow you to use that panel. So once again, Bluehost seems to take this one.

Next up, they both do have comparable features Bluehost and iPage. Both have a multitude of plans, which you can go with just depending on what you want. They also both come with a free SSL, a free website and a one click installer. So in terms of features, I definitely have to say that they’re comparable and I’m going to put this one at a tie. Now both blues and iph do provide stellar support. But I page provides 24 seven support via phone, email and live chat and they also offer documentation whereas Bluehost has disabled and discontinued their ticket based support system.

hello everyone carson here and in today’s video i am going to be comparing bluehost and ipage in 2021 and telling you which hosting company is better for you now before we do get into this video if you do want to check out more of my content you can leave a like subscribe and hit that notification bell because i’m posting every single day and you don’t want to miss out now i will leave a link with more details and where you can receive special

seems to take this one next up they both do have comparable features bluehost and ipage both have a multitude of plans which you can go with just depending on what you want they also both come with a free ssl a free website and a one-click installer so in terms of features i definitely have to say that they’re comparable and i’m gonna put this one at a tie now both bluehost and ipage do provide stellar support but ipage provides 24 7 support via
phone email and live chat and they also offer documentation whereas bluehost has disabled and discontinued their ticket-based support system so overall ipage has a wider variety of methods you can try and get support with so albeit narrowly i will give this one to ipage next up in a comparison between the pricing plans ipage does initially start at cheaper than bluehost but overall and throughout all the prices bluehost just blows ipage out of
the water with their consistently cheap and affordable hosting so this one once again goes to bluehost that is going to do it for the comparison though so just to recap and conclude this comparison in case you haven’t figured out which one is better yet in case you haven’t been keeping the score bluehost definitely beats out ipage for a lot and for good reason i believe bluehost is one of the top three website hosting providers of 2021 so if you
don’t want to check bluehost out and receive special discounts on your hosting plan go ahead and head down to my link in the description where you can find that link thanks for watching remember to leave a like subscribe and hit that notification bell and i will see you in the next video
